Renew Class
Our Renew class features exercises inspired by Tai Chi, Pilates and Yoga movements and is ideal for helping to improve posture and flexibility.
Mondays 7-8pm: Billinghay Village Hall, Ringmoor Close, Billinghay, Lincoln LN4 4EX
Tuesdays 10.15-11.15am: Tattershall Village Hall, 16 Lodge Road, Tattershall, Lincolnshire, LN4 4LL
Thursdays 6.30-7.30pm: Scopwick Village Hall, Brookside, Scopwick, LN4 3PA.
Fridays 10.15-11.15am: Coningsby Community Hall, 12A Silver St, Coningsby, Lincoln LN4 4SG
Classes are £6 each and booking is essential.

Online Classes
Our online classes are fun and friendly and are 30-minutes each. They are delivered via Zoom and the price is £15 for the whole month. You can do as many classes as you like included in the price.
The timetable is:
MONDAY: Renew class (4.30pm)
THURS: Seated exercise (5pm)
FRIDAY: Resistance bands (core and full body) (9am)

Tai Chi Qi Gong
Beginners' and Gentle Tai Chi Qi Gong classes run every Monday from 11.15am-12.15pm at Heckington Village Hall (9-11 High St, Heckington, nr Sleaford, NG34 9RA).
An additional class runs every Friday from 11.30am-12.30pm at Coningsby Community Hall in Silver Street, Coningsby (LN4 4SG)
The exercises can be done standing or seated.

Seated Exercise Class
Zoe's seated exercise class runs at Tattershall Village Hall every Tuesday from 2.30-3.30pm.
This class combines 30 mins seated cardio and resistance exercise with bands followed by 30 mins social time with refreshments included.
As well as enjoying the benefits of exercise, meet and make new friends over a cuppa.
It's just £5 per session including refreshments. Contact us here to book your space.
Wellness Days
We hold Wellness Days throughout the year featuring mindfulness craft activities, Tai Chi taster sessions, meditation and an afternoon tea.
We are currently planning our 2025 Wellness Days. Details coming soon.
