We offer face-to-face and online 1:1 and small group personal training in and around Sleaford, Woodhall Spa, Coningsby, Tattershall, Spalding, Boston, Horncastle and surrounding areas. I enjoy keeping myself fit and active through cycling, running, weight-training and core strength training. My aim is to provide an enjoyment of exercise and well-being for all. I also hold a number of sports coaching qualifications and am DBS checked and first aid qualified.
I've always been a keen sports woman in particular playing team games. I have played for local and county teams in football, netball and korfball just to name a few. I have more than 15 years in education and sports coaching and I am very passionate about schools providing high quality sports opportunities.
We offer mobile personal training, fitness classes, sports massage and wellness sessions across the Sleaford, Woodhall Spa, Coningsby, Tattershall, Spalding, Boston & Horncastle areas.
